Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You tell us how your business works and we handle the rest.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
It will sometimes, which is why a person checks it. Anything important, like a quote or a refund, waits for a person to approve it. When something does slip through, we fix it so it doesn't happen again.
Is my information safe?
Our people sign confidentiality agreements, and your plan lists every tool that will touch your data before you agree to anything. Please don't send card numbers, health records or ID while we're in our pilot.
Who owns it?
You do, once it's paid for.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly checking has a 3-month minimum, then you can stop any time and keep your AI.
